Log in to KNAPPacademy (Moodle) + KNAPPvital

Most users can log in on their KNAPP computer via the "KNAPP Login" without an additional password. This is also possible remotely without VPN connection using the latest Chrome or Edge browser (NOT Firefox!). The manual login can only be used with a username and password provided by KNAPPacademy (not with the Windows login!).
ATTENTION: Password reset is only possible for manual accounts via reset link above. In case of problems please create a Serviceportal Ticket.
